The client is the leading AI-powered delivery management platform for complex distribution networks. Their software powers over 2,500 brands and 1 million deliveries per day, providing real-time visibility, optimized routing, and consistent customer experiences across every mile.

Becoming the Marketing Engine

 

The client had already set ambitious 2025 revenue goals, but they weren’t grounded in funnel data. When Buttered Toast joined, we reverse-engineered those targets using historical sales performance, funnel conversion rates, and pipeline metrics – turning a top-down aspiration into a bottom-up, data-backed plan.
 
Acting as the strategic #2 to the company’s USA President, the BT team stepped in to own:

  • ABM programs across Tier 1, 2, and 3 accounts
  • RevOps optimization, including funnel definitions and marketing ops and sales ops workflows

This represented a strategic repositioning of the client as a platform for operational clarity, customer experience, and delivery excellence.
 
We also supported product marketing, roadmap storytelling, and thought leadership positioning, including early exploration into category creation ideas like “Service Execution Excellence.”

Messaging Overhaul

 

We collaborated with the client’s in-house team on a full website redesign, including site architecture, new value proposition pages, and industry-specific segments. We led copywriting across pages and rewrote foundational pages to reflect the new positioning.

Paid & ABM Campaigns

 

We planned and launched integrated paid programs across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, direct mail, and retargeting:

BT worked hand-in-hand with the client’s RevOps, sales and marketing teams to improve lead flow, define journeys by segment (SMB, MM, ENT), and implement structured follow-up with tracked call tasks. We built narrative guides for each funnel stage, tying messaging to objection handling and next-step positioning.
 
HubSpot was configured to support this structure, with clear visibility into how each campaign performed, from ABM sequences to one-off nurtures.

Creative & Field Marketing

 

Buttered Toast supported creative campaigns tailored to verticals like 3PL, foodservice, and building materials. We liaised with vendors to print kits, guides, and handwritten notes that kept the client’s brand warm and personal across channels.
